missingWrote a review on Dec 15rude staffstale breakfast
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful during my stay. I was served stale bread for breakfast, and the fruit was either out of season or unripe. I even tried to order a cappuccino, but it was made from lumpy powdered creamer and was simply undrinkable. Clearly, they need to pay more attention to service quality.

perfect spot to explore parks and nightlife nearby
The area is just a few steps from Parque El Poblado, making it easy to relax and enjoy beautiful park views while being close to fantastic dining options like Cafe Zorba and Alambique, which were both a short walk away. the attentive staff helped me navigate the city and discover local highlights during my stay as a solo traveler in an executive suite.

We loved the great location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. The outdoor area was perfect for our dogs, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our family, making our stay truly enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the street was a bit much at night. If you're traveling with kids, a quieter room option would be great.

The hotel had a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Medellin, and the spacious rooms were very comfortable. However, the service, while generally friendly, struggled with some issues like inconsistent hot water and a fairly lackluster breakfast selection. Would consider other options next time.

We had a fantastic time staying with friends! The location was perfect for exploring, with great access to the trails for hiking and biking. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning while soaking in the wonderful atmosphere and the large terrace. Perfect for making memories together.
Unfortunately, the noise from nearby nightlife made it hard to sleep some nights. It was pretty loud, so bring earplugs just in case.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with bug spray. Felipe and Andrés were really good. I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

The Executive Suite was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. Loved having a mini-kitchen, but the noise from outside made it hard to sleep some nights. The decor was interesting, too. Wish it was a bit quieter!

A room with a view
Woke up to stunning city views every morning. The room was spacious, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the lack of hot water was disappointing. It took hours to heat, and I was left frustrated after a long day of exploring.

The stay was surprisingly enjoyable over six nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a restful experience after a day out in the city. The location is great, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. The food was consistently good, particularly the steak from the restaurant, which was cooked to perfection. My only minor concern was the gym, which could use more equipment, but fortunately, there was a good gym nearby. Overall, a great place to relax and explore the area.

missingWrote a review on Apr 28spacious suiterooftop viewslocal nightlifelimited breakfast
Spacious classic suite with adequate natural light and comfortable furnishings. The rooftop area provides nice views, while local parks and vibrant nightlife are just a short walk away for those wanting to explore.
The hotel could use some serious updates. the rooftop area felt neglected, and maintenance work was noticeable. Breakfast options were quite limited with some stale items and unripe fruit, which is disappointing given the price. Lack of complimentary amenities in the room like water or coffee also stood out. for $550 over five nights, I expected more in terms of basic comforts. Additionally, the room had no slippers, leaving me looking for a cozy touch that was missing.
